Refund & Transfer Policy
We understand plans can change. To help us plan responsibly and deliver a high-quality Summit experience, the following refund policy applies to all registrations:

• 100% refund for cancellations received on or before March 31, 2026
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 31, 2026

• Tickets are eligible for transfer
• Ticket transfers to another eligible participant must be approved by the summit organizing team at sh@entrepreneursorganization.org.cn

• Refund requests must be submitted on or before March 31, 2026
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Summit organizing team at sh@entrepreneursorganization.org.cn.
• Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation.
